Rachel is a bundle of contradictions existing in harmony.

A descendant of the West by way of Belfast, Northern Ireland, and the East by way of Hong Kong & Guangdong.

An artist at heart with an innately practical career in education, helping students work towards their post-secondary goals.

An introverted, soft-spoken personality who listens to obscure, experimental indie music, and fiercely believes in free speech.

I love exploring the in-between spaces; the hybridity of life; the things that don't seem to cohere until they suddenly click into place.

Spirit is my space to explore the truth and beauty that art brings to our lives, through a slow and mindful approach to media consumption.

Sometimes my posts highlight a piece of art that resonated with me, while providing my interpretation and some context on the creator(s). Other times I pontificate on the state of social media, or my own artistic output. I might even post roundups of random things I've been enjoying lately.

If any or all of that sounds interesting to you,
